Sitting or standing all day, day after day, can cause joint pain with no or minimal form of movement by an individual. We need to vary our routines which may in any form like walking, climbing stairs, stepping, to give both our bodies and joints variety of postures and rest periods which are quit essential for normal functioning of our bones.
