Tips
- The thumb rule is to drink plenty of water to keep your body well-hydrated.
- Natural drinks like buttermilk, coconut water, fruit juices, lime water, ORS (salt & sugar solutions) are a good option to replace lost minerals.
- Consume fruits and veggies that are rich in water content like Watermelons, oranges and cucumbers.
- Avoid beverages containing caffeine or alcohol while in the sun or heat especially during summer.
