Smoking is harmful for the person who smokes (active smoking) and also for the people around (passive smoking). Exercise - everyone needs to indulge in some form of exercise or the other.  A minimum of 30 mins walk in a day needs to be a part of everyone's routine if they are not into any active sport.  Stress management - People are under lot of stress these days.  Work pressures and family pressure are at difficult to manage at the same time.
