Tips for stress busting
Not getting enough sleep can cause stress, as you will feel groggy and unfocused the next day. Most people need at least 7 or 8 hours of sound sleep each night to feel refreshed and function properly the next day.

  • Coffee, tea with caffeine and too much sugar may provide temporary relief from stress but it is not overall good practice.
  • Exercising can be a great stress relievers running on a treadmill, joining a yoga class, swimming or cycling with friends are all good for your body and can take your mind off stress and daily chores.
  • A simple tem or fifteen minutes of meditation can help you to overcome your stress.
  • Listening to music does wonder to alleviate stress. So, when feeling low, just listen to the music that makes you feel comfortable and you’ll start feeling better.
