Walking
Taking a walk is one of the best exercises available.  It's simple, cheap and doesn't need any major equipment or effort to take out the time.  Incorporate this habit into all your daily activities.  Sitting at your desk all day? Take a walk every half hour.  Stop by a colleague's desk for an interaction.  It's better than sending an e-mail.  Need to pick up some office supplies? Walk down and get it - don't send someone on an errand you can do yourself.  Always take the stairs - avoid using lifts.  Step out into the fresh air during lunch break. Walk to the neightbourhood store rather than ordering over the phone.  Take a morning/evening walk and meet your neighbours.
