Reports are out that the Venice, California jewelry store by which Lindsay Lohan is being charged with grand theft is now selling the surveillance footage of the diva in the store. MTV reports that the footage was sold to the Associated Press by Kamofie & Co. and some of the footage aired earlier tonight on Entertainment Tonight, who was exclusively licensed the footage by AP. MTV states that Entertainment Tonight "has 45 minutes of footage [and] will air video of Lohan wearing the necklace in question during Tuesday's show."
Entertainment Tonight discussed the video with former Deputy District Attorney Marcia Clark. When asked what someone would look for when watching the footage, she comments, “You watch the actions of the actor; actions that will indicate to you knowledge and intent and whether this was a knowing act and deliberate act.” Clark claims that Lohan’s case is “winnable” if her attorney attempts to try and convince the judge that Lohan was under the assumption that her “stylist was taking care” of the necklace transaction. Lohan is due back in court on Thursday.
